Terms and Conditions

Techno Trans Travels acts as a travel service provider and facilitates bookings for various tourism-related services. These may include jungle safaris, accommodation, transportation, tour packages, and other services associated with travel to Kaziranga National Park.

While we make every reasonable effort to provide accurate and updated information, certain services are dependent on the rules, regulations, availability, and decisions of government authorities, the Forest Department, hotels, transport providers, and other service partners.

We assist travellers with the booking and arrangement of services such as:

• Jungle safari bookings
• Jeep safari and related safari services
• Hotel and accommodation bookings
• Taxi and transportation services
• Tour packages and customized travel arrangements
• Other tourism-related services associated with visits to Kaziranga

Safari Permits and Forest Department Regulations

We do not engage in the unauthorized resale or transfer of safari permits or entry permits.

We do not intentionally provide misleading information regarding safari availability, permits, zones, timings, or other services.

Safari permits, entry permissions, safari zones, vehicle allocation, jeep availability, driver allocation, and other permissions are subject to the rules, regulations, and availability determined by the concerned Forest Department and other competent authorities.

Confirmation of a booking with us does not guarantee that any service controlled by a government authority will remain unchanged, as such services may be subject to official regulations and operational decisions.

A booking will be considered confirmed only after the required advance/token payment has been received and the booking confirmation has been issued by us.

Customers are required to provide complete, correct, and accurate information at the time of booking. This may include the traveller's full name, age, gender, address, valid identity proof details, contact information, number of travellers, travel date, and other information required for the booking.

Customers are responsible for checking the information provided before confirming their booking.

We accept payment through the payment methods displayed or communicated on our website, which may include UPI, net banking, debit cards, credit cards, or other available payment options.

The prices displayed or communicated at the time of booking may be subject to change due to revisions in government fees, taxes, hotel tariffs, transportation charges, room upgrades, or other charges imposed by service providers or authorities.

Any additional charges applicable after a booking has been made will be communicated to the customer, wherever reasonably possible, and may be payable by the customer.

Safari Booking Changes

Once a jeep safari booking has been confirmed based on the details approved by the customer, such as the date, safari slot, safari zone, and traveller details, changes may not be permitted.

Customers are therefore advised to carefully verify all booking information before making payment and confirming the safari.

Cancellation by the Customer

Cancellation requests must be submitted to us in writing.

Refund eligibility will depend on the applicable cancellation policy and the terms communicated to the customer at the time of booking.

Any applicable cancellation charges, government charges, service charges, or non-refundable amounts will be deducted from the refund, wherever applicable.

Processing time for eligible refunds may vary depending on the payment method and the concerned service provider.

Cancellation or Changes by Authorities

A safari or other travel service may be cancelled, postponed, restricted, or modified due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

• Adverse weather conditions
• Government or Forest Department orders
• Temporary or permanent park closure
• Restrictions imposed by competent authorities
• VIP movements or official activities
• Natural events or other unforeseen circumstances
• Any other situation affecting the operation of the park or safari services

In such circumstances, Techno Trans Travels will not be responsible for compensation beyond the amount, refund, or alternative arrangement permitted or provided by the concerned authority or service provider.

Government Taxes and Additional Charges

If government taxes, entry fees, Forest Department charges, hotel tariffs, transportation charges, room upgrade fees, or other mandatory charges are revised after a booking has been made, the additional amount, wherever applicable, shall be payable by the customer. We will communicate such changes to the customer as soon as reasonably possible.

Customers are expected to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.
• Carry valid identification documents and any other documents required by the relevant authorities.
• Follow the rules and regulations of Kaziranga National Park and the concerned Forest Department.
• Follow the instructions provided by safari officials, drivers, guides, hotel staff, and other authorized personnel.
• Verify the booking details before making the final payment.
• Inform us promptly if any information provided during booking needs to be corrected, subject to the applicable rules and availability.

By making a booking, submitting a booking request, or making an advance/full payment through our website or through our authorized representatives, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
• You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
• You are accepting these Terms and Conditions on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, all travellers included in your booking.
• The information provided by you is accurate and complete.

These Terms and Conditions may be revised or updated from time to time to reflect changes in our services, applicable laws, government regulations, Forest Department policies, or business practices.

Customers are advised to review the latest version of the Terms and Conditions before making a booking. The version applicable at the time of booking shall generally govern that booking, subject to any applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the services provided shall be subject to the applicable jurisdiction of the competent courts in the National Capital Region (NCR) of Delhi, India.
